As a foreign trade operator, Lurje Logistics provides foreign trade support, performing the full range of services necessary for conducting foreign trade operations. Replacing the customer in the international part of his foreign trade transaction, we assume all the risks and problems associated with the provision and management of foreign trade and with the delivery. We assume all responsibility and obligations to the participant of the transaction, as well as to the fiscal, tax and other regulatory authorities of the countries participating in the contract.
The cost of foreign trade support services is from 3% to 5% of the cost of the goods.
As a technical importer (exporter), we perform all the functions of a foreign trade participant and importer, including submitting reports and passing appropriate checks. Therefore, by transferring the functions of implementing the transaction to us, our customers retain the right to the goods and the terms of their delivery, control over the transaction, and manage the delivery and payments. This is achieved through the contract binding “Foreign manufacturer-supplier” – “Lurje Logistics-importer” – “Recipient”, in which the international part of the client’s contract fully corresponds to the Recipient’s contract with us.
Foreign trade support under this scheme is absolutely legal and allows our clients to conclude transactions and engage in foreign trade operations, while remaining in the legislative, tax and currency field of their country. I.e., using us as a foreign trade operator or foreign trade agent, to make a transaction under a standard contract. This is very convenient for business, because our client is not officially a participant in a foreign trade operation and, according to the law, is not responsible to foreign exchange, tax, customs and other supervisory authorities.

- search for manufacturers and suppliers of products required by the client, or buyers in the case of export;
- working out the terms of an international transaction in the interests of the client;
- development and conclusion of an international contract;
- customs clearance, obtaining permits and approvals required for the import or export of products;
- payment of goods to the Supplier as a representative of the Buyer and the formal holder of the contract, acting as an importer-recipient (exporter);
